ABOUT
Born in Port Au Prince, Haiti, Vicannia Merisma, an aspiring chef, started her cooking journey at the age of 9 years old. Since then, her passion for cooking has grown to her own cooking show on YouTube, a growing social media fanbase, to hosting and catering local events. Since starting her brand, “What’s Cooking, V?, it has attracted the eyes and mouth of many. To perfect her craft, Vicannia is enrolled at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary arts, where she is getting a Culinary/food management degree. Infusing her Caribbean culture, her culinary experience and love into her cooking, she can bring something nice, and something spiced to your table.
